(Hint: everything is driven by right-clicking.) The initial release is typical of an application that started out as a personal productivity tool and was hacked on for a number of years to become something fulfilling a vital function - but still embarrassingly badly written. The motivation for its release is to demonstrate dip and how you can turn a useful but badly written application into a well structured, maintainable, extensible application over a period of time without needing to do a complete rewrite.
