Thanks for the hints. If I understand it correctly I need to either build my personal pythonw3 and link it with all the libPyQt*.a or I need to compile libQt myself and obtain a dynamic version.
The reason for the static libQt lies with Nokia, their Mac version only installs the static library (possibly because of a naive batteries-included policy).
