E.g.:
yourButton = QtGui.QToolButton()
yourButton.setToolButtonStyle(QtCore.Qt.ToolButtonTextUnderIcon)
yourButton.setText("Some text")
yourButton.setIcon(QtGui.QIcon("./images/someImage.png"))
yourButton.setIconSize(QtCore.QSize(140, 140))
yourButton.clicked.connect(self.onButtonClicked)
