QScintilla v2.3.2 This fixes a regression displaying multi-byte characters. PyKDE v3.16.2 This fixes build problems triggered by the latest SIP. SIP v4.7.9 This is needed to build PyKDE v3.16.2. Because of the QScintilla release I've also updated the PyQt v4.4.4 Windows installer.
