Hi Tom, An alternative is to be to show your students how to install Anaconda and then install open source PyMOL, which lacks a few minor features of the incentive version but has more features than the student version. https://anaconda.org/conda-forge/pymol-open-source.
It is likely that they will need Anaconda in the future to install other scientific computing software.
