Hi Michael, Admittedly, I've never tried AxPyMOL with open-source PyMOL since it is a paid-for feature. Judging by the information on https://pymol.org/ax.html , version 2.2 has been tested up to Office 2016. We recently released AxPyMOL 2.5 that works with Office 2019. Schrodinger Support can help you with any future queries regarding AxPyMOL.
