Hi all, I'm hoping someone can help me. I'm trying to chart movement through CX-MS on a structure, and I need to find vectors between one position and another. I saw that rotkit may have had a command that would work, but I received a "module not found error" when I tried. I've also looked into Modevectors, but that seems to be between two different structures and I want to use the same structure for different conformational states to show model consistency.
