Hi,

I install PyMOL on CentOS server.
Linux server A and B have the same PyMOL installation NFS mounted.

I remote login from my local Linux to server A and B and run PyMOL.

When I run it from server A, PyMOL worked okay.

When I run it from server B, I get the PyMOL window, but when I fetch something
I get ‘Segmentation fault’.
On server B, I have mesa-private-llvm installed. I cannot remove it from server
B.
I read that this can be problematic.
Is there any way I can tell PyMOL to use libGL instead?

PyMOL on server B:
  OpenGL graphics engine:
    GL_VENDOR: VMware, Inc.
    GL_RENDERER: Gallium 0.4 on llvmpipe (LLVM 3.8, 128 bits)
    GL_VERSION: 2.1 Mesa 11.2.2

Thanks
