Dear PyMOL Users, I'm using a Lenovo Thinkpad T410 notebook with the integrated intel video card. I found that when I select something, the little purple boxes are not shown.
The operating system is Arch Linux, and I use the most recent packages available. Pymol v1.8.6.0 prints the following at the end of the initialization procedure: Detected OpenGL version 2.0 or greater. Shaders available. Detected GLSL version 1.20. OpenGL graphics engine: GL_VENDOR: Intel Open Source Technology Center GL_RENDERER: Mesa DRI Intel(R) Ironlake Mobile GL_VERSION: 2.1 Mesa 17.1.4 Detected 4 CPU cores. Enabled multithreaded rendering. Please let me know if you need more information to answer this problem. Thank you in advance.
