Dear all, I've hacked together a Docker-based setup of PyMol (1.8.2.0), C.Hernandez' `ipymol` and Jupyter into a single codebase.
https://github.com/ocramz/jupyter-docker-pymol or you can just retrieve the image with `docker pull ocramz/jupyter-docker-pymol`. Big deal? Not really; it's just a convenient and portable way to run and interact with PyMol, for those who don't have access to a commercial license.
