Dear Smith, right click on https://github.com/Pymol-Scripts/Pymol-script-repo/blob/master/centroid.py, select Save Link As. This is a good skill to have because it allows you to download all sorts of things from the internet. You can use Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge for that.
To download the script from the PyMOL website, you'll have to modify the address above accordingly. All best.
