I too would use an Android mobile version to show people a 3D view of things while at meetings etc. I've seen people beginning to put tablets up next to scientific posters to show more than can be printed in 2D.
I would certainly use it for scientific discussion in all sorts of venues. I would be willing to pay for it; however we don't have enough PyMol users here to justify a site license, and we don't (yet) teach a course that would require it.
