Dear All,
I want to open a grid file in pymol directly from the command line (I have
attached the file alongwith). However when I type pymol <filename>, the
pymol opens up but nothing is shown on the pane. I have to click on the
toggles and set show> everything for the figure to be shown.
Is there an option to do the same from the command line itself?
