Hi Feng, is this open-source PyMOL from Ubuntu repository, compiled from SVN source or Incentive PyMOL downloaded from pymol.org/dsc? If it's from the Ubuntu repository, can you please compile from SVN source and check if the problem still exists? Thanks!
