Im wondering if this is the appropriate place for talking about pymol bugs/development - I could not find a pymol development mailing list.
I was attempting to use load_traj for a trajectory and got an instant crash - this was on my OSX development version (Ive downloaded the pymol svn source with history using git svn). I tried the same files on 1.4 under Ubuntu 12.04 (the distributed version) with same results, then self-installed 1.6 and also got the same results. The same files load fine under VMD (as I understand from the source the load_traj trajectory reading code is essentially taken from VMD). The issue occurred as for my first attempts at loading a trajectory I was attempting to select a small portion using the start and stop options. Are there known issues with load_traj - I was not able to find any hints using Google.
