can anyone tell me, how can i caluclate the molecuar surface area for just
interacting protein -ligand structure, not for whole protein.?????
when i do this
first i hide the protein non-interacting part then
by clicking A --> COMPUTE --> SURFACE--> MOLECULAR,
no surface area is generated with transpracy 0.5
