Hi Warren,

What commands did you use? I just tested the following on PyMOL
v1.5.0.4 and everything worked as advertised:

fetch 1rx1, async=0
fetch 1rx1, type=2fofc, async=0
isosurface mySurf, 1rx1_2fofc, 1.0, (organic)
orient organic
set transparency, 0.5
ray

Can you try the above code and let me know what you get?
