Short answer: You don't. The fink version of PyMOL is run from the command
line. Open up a new Terminal window and type "pymol" and (assuming fink is
properly initialized in your ~/.profile) it should launch X11 and the two PyMOL
windows.
To get MacPyMOL.app as distributed by Schrödinger, you need to be an Incentive
PyMOL subscriber.
