Hi Harry,
Do you build Pymol yourself on CentOS5 ? If so, do you have tkinter and
python-pmw (third-party package) installed ?
Rafael.

Dear All,
We have a quad core Intel machine with a GeForce 7300 card on which
we recently installed Centos 5.4. We downloaded the latest nVidia driver,
270.41.19, and that seemed to work. A recent version of Coot works.
But Pymol 1.3 and 1.2 seem to start up fine, recognizing the card and
driver, but the graphics screen remains blank (actually a snapshot of
the desktop image behind the window). No error messages, but no
graphics in the window.
Any ideas?
Thanks
Harry
