Dear users
I am beginner in pymol.
There are some water molecules forming water-mediated hydrogen bond in my
system.
I want to create a figure in which HBs are indicated by dotted lines.
I know I should use dist (atom 1) (atom 2) command. In this case, in
addition of dotted line, there is distance between two atoms.
I don't need to distance number (I just need to dotted line).
how to do that?
how to remove distance number?
please guide me.
