Great question--I've heard this a few times already.  MacPyMOL will
still be supported even though Schrodinger mainly has Linux/Windows
applications.

BTW the new MacPyMOL 1.2r3 on our site is the new rebranded MacPyMOL
and works on 10.6 (and should work on 10.5).  In the meantime if
you're on 10.4, please use 1.2r2.  I have to reconfigure the build
environment to go back to 10.4.
