Howdy, Just thought I'd let those Mac users know that PyMOL works nicely (even better in fact) on Snow Leopard.
If you run PyMOL on X11 (not MacPyMOL) using fink, then to compile you may need to make the symbolic link /usr/bin/gcc point to /usr/bin/gcc-4.0 instead of the default /usr/bin/gcc-4.2 before installing or it will fail. But, make sure you reset it to gcc-4.2 after installing PyMOL or other installs might complain. If you had problems with the Tk window and openGL window fighting for focus, this has finally been fixed!
