Hello PyMOLers,

A few weeks ago someone asked about drawing CGO circles.  I went ahead and wrote
a script to do just that.

With these scripts, you can get a circle in two ways:
 * specify X,Y,Z, radius, and colors (if you want);
 * just specify some object or selection to draw a circle around and the script
does the math for you.
