Dear proteinstructure-people, I'm looking for a dataset of PDB-structures of homodimers in their UNBOUND state. I found some unbound datasets of hetero-mers, but no homodimer-set. Can anyone help me where to find one or how to do some data-mining in the PDB quickly? I'm very grateful for any idea! Thanks in advance!
