[PyMOL] Mutagenesis Wizard

Hello all !


I would like to employ pymol to perform some mutagenesis.

At present there is the mutagenesis wizard. Is it possible to execute
this from the command line ?

i.e.

sel resi X
set mutant to CYS
mutate(x) 
save strucutre
