Dear pymolers, I just coded a quick and dirty (and also pretty slow), but functional (It have worked for me, at least) pymol plugin that takes a trajectory loaded in pymol and set the b-factor so the trajectory can be colored by frame (first frame blue, second frame green, etc, and last frame red). This is useful when viewing a structure with the "all_states" variable in "on" model.
I don't have at this time any website to upload it, so I would like to ask if somebody has space ina server and wants to upload it.
