Hi Mark,

Unfortunately, the ESGI emitter only works with SGIs. For PCs and Macs
you'll need either an E2 emitter or you can switch over to using
NuVision 3D emitters and glasses, which are about 4X less expensive than
stereographics.

Also, once you have that emitter, you might want to try using the latest
MacPyMOL beta from http://delsci.com/beta  I'm planning on posting an
update within the next 48 hours.
