I've recently came into a problem with PyMol version 0.98. As it generaly raytrace correctly most pictures I generate, I think the only difference in this case is that it contains a "isomesh" around a ligand generated from an electron density map. When I use the command "ray 1600, 1200" and then save a .png file I do not get a 1600x1200 ray-traced image, but a picture with the size of the window as shown before typing the command (i. e., not ray-traced). I use Fedora Core 2, but saving the session as a .pse file and trying to ray trace the image on another computer on my research group running Pymol v0.98 on Windows XP also led to the same result. On that case, it also seemed to face problems with long file/directory names. Any hint?
