Hi Rick: I use pymol movies in keynote all the time. It seems to work well with either animated gifs or quicktime movies. If you dig around inside your presentation you will see the animated gifs get converted to quicktime movies. My experience is it doesn't blow chunks quite as much as powerpoint. HTH, Bill
