Ah, I see what was happening. I had done the following: 1. Loaded an NMR structure 2. Incremented state using VCR controls 3. Loaded a crystal structure (only one state) 4. Deleted the NMR structure object 5. Tried to save. I was still in state >1, so no coordinates were present in the remaining (crystal) structure
