Hey guys, I'm fiddling around with PyMol 0.93. I used the prepackaged i386 version and it was good. I then got the sources and rebuitl them for 64-bit and woah! I have a dual Opteron machine and the SMP 64-bit FLIES! It's like rotating molecules real-time! :)
My middle mouse button though, crashes the program with the following PyMOL>show surface RepSurface: 55145 surface points. RepSurface: 89242 triangles. count_atoms: 7992 atoms ### rolled middle mouse button here ./pymol.com: line 2: 27519 Segmentation fault /usr/bin/python /usr/lib64/python2.3/site-packages/pymol/__init__.py $* Any ideas on this? I'm going to trace down some SRC here in a few...
