Hi Yunfeng Hu,
You can try the following (which has surely been on the list before :) ):
show sticks, (byres ((protA within 3.5 of protB) or (protB within 3.5 of
protA)))
You might want to make sure that you only have hydrogen bonds by adding
additional terms.
Hope it helps. Cheers,
Tsjerk

Hi, I have the following task to do and wonder if anyone can show a simple
way to do it. I want to show the residues forming intermolecular hydrogen
bonds between two proteins.
dist protein A, protein B, 3.5
Then I want to show those residues that form hydrogen bonds with each
other. How do I chose those residues? Sorry if this question was already
anwsered. Thanks. By the way I am using the latest version for OS X.3
