Sourceforge has one here:

http://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/forum.php?forum_id=60

(there's a search box in the top left corner)

but it doesn't always seem to work for me.

There's another archive here:

http://chips.csb.ki.se/pymol/

where the searches seem to actually work. I have no idea who runs that
site, though.

I just google for pymol + the phrase I'm looking for.
