If you can figure out how to make pymol render into a passed in window instead of creating its own toplevel, please let me know how you did it. I don't see any support for it. I'd love to have it for my own UI: http://www.thequarry.com/3world/root.9.27.03.jpg which is a bit of a departure from the standard UI. (Actually it is an entirely different program that loads pymol and uses it for rendering. :-) ) Thanks, Bob Terek
