Hi,the documentation states that selections will span across multiple objects. However, how do I accomplish this: I load two (homologous, aligned) coordinate files mole1.pdb and mole2.pdb both of witch have a chain A. Now I would like to create a selection consisting of the A chain of mole1 but NOT mole2. Can it be done without having to modify the coordinate files?
