This is a more general hint for labelled stereo pics: If you have to add the labels manually, make sure that the labels are aligned vertically in both the left and right picture. Then put them a an equal distance horizontally to the atom you want labeled in each pic. In stereo, the labels will have the same depth cue as the atom you labeled...
