Cheers Warren, I shopped around a bit (poor student) and bought a Logitech pilot optical wheel mouse which works fine:-)
The only other problem I have is that I don't have an external GUI window on start up of the program (like the one saying "PyMOL Molecular Graphics System" in the manual under "External GUI Windows". In the manual it says in can be enabled or disabled by commands but I confess to not being able to see where to get these. Could anyone help?
