As some of you may already know, we now have a freelance writer working with us to rewrite/improve the PyMOL manual. This has been made possible through the contributions of PyMOL licensees (specifically: Shering-Plough, Incyte, Pfizer, Karo-Bio, as well as many other small contributors -- thanks to all!).
The overhaul is going to be a lengthy process, but improved documentation will start to become available on a regular basis in the form of draft chapters on a variety of topics. While I have some opinions as to what needs to be done, I would first like to solicit your suggestions for top priority topics. In other words, given limited time and resources, what should we focus on first? If you would like to help, then please take a few minutes to jot down the top 3-5 topics you think we should address (in order of importance) and send them to me directly.
