standard python-setuptools from the distribution and I show that it's running setuptools-0.6c11. I've also attached the file of rejects listed above. Since you have a pretty sophisticated patch setup, I'm hoping that you'll be able to solve this pretty easily. Please let me know if there's any way I can help.
