ominous svnversion error message -- truly an error?

If you're compiling on a system without svn installed, you get these great
error messages:
[exec] Execute failed: java.io.IOException: Cannot run program
"svnversion": CreateProcess error=2, The system cannot find the file specified
But they're not really errors. Be nice to suppress them.
