I am very new to Pyramid new as in I only heard of it a couple of days ago.
I installed it using pip and was creating my first app. but I received the
following error when I used the following command.
pserve development.ini
I am not sure what to do. Any help and thanks in advanced. I used the
following guide.

I did not create an virtual environment.
