The Pyramid manual says the 'custom_predicates' argument to
``Configurator.add_route`` is "Deprecated since version 1.5", but it
doesn't say what to use instead or why it was deprecated. The
changelog doesn't mention this argument. Is it intended to migrate to
registered predicates ('add_view_predicate' method and 'predicates'
argument -- even though these are really route predicates rather than
