FYI the nose-exclude issue is an actual PyPy2 bug that should now be fixed. 
With your nose-exclude workaround the tests now all pass on pypy and pypy3 
2.3.1.

We should still get the nose-exclude workaround applied for older versions of 
PyPy that lack the fix.
