It's not a bug. If you use sqlite or Postgresql, it's OK. But for others ,you must provide a length to String<http://docs.sqlalchemy.org/en/latest/core/types.html#sqlalchemy.types.String>, Integer<http://docs.sqlalchemy.org/en/latest/core/types.html#sqlalchemy.types.Integer>, Numeric<http://docs.sqlalchemy.org/en/latest/core/types.html#sqlalchemy.types.Numeric>, etc.
