<apologies for cross posting>

The monkey is flying Chris McDonough out to the Bay Area to spread the gospel of Pyramid and speak at the inaugural Palo Alto python user group on April 28th.

At the pycon sprints we were kicking around the idea of having a mini/micro conference/camp sort of event to coincide with Chris being out here.

The baseline idea is a half day event organized around 3-5 short talks (25-35mins) on Friday April 29th in SF, then sprint on the Saturday the 30th (and maybe Sunday depending on interest), location TBD.

If you are interested in participating, have a good line on a space, things you want to sprint on, have an employer who might want to sponsor some food or beer, or have a good idea for a talk,

we are using the following mediums for organizing::

http://groups.google.com/group/pylons-project-mini-conference

Or come find me or Alexandre Conrad on freednode (whit or aconrad), usually in #pyramid .
