Here's generally what pylons-discuss and pylons-devel are for. pylons-discuss: - Questions from users at all levels, from newbie to advanced, on both Pyramid and Pylons 1. Including usage questions about their dependencies and libraries commonly used with them, and general web development questions encountered when using Pyramid or Pylons. - Changes in the frameworks that affect the application API or performance, especially those that raise backward-compatibility issues. - (In Pyramid's case, the changes were so large and it was unstable for so many months, that an overview was posted to pylons-discuss, but not every detail while it was unstable.) pylons-devel: - Discussions that only framework developers care about. This list mainly exists so that those who don't care about internal framework issues (i.e., regular application developers) can avoid subscribing to it. - Topics include implementation details, minor bug reports, trivial information, wild-eyed proposals that may not be approved (or that you want to refine and bake before announcing to the userbase), etc. -- Mike Orr <sluggos...@gmail.com> -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "pylons-devel" group.
