I've just generated a PDF and an epub file:

http://static.repoze.org/pyramid-1.0a2.pdf

http://static.repoze.org/pyramid-1.0a2.epub

We'll need to figure out how to get into the rhythm of generating these
for each release, and we'll need to find a place to link to them.

Some changes I made last night broke LaTeX rendering. I've fixed those
errors, and I've made a new Pyramid release, 1.0a2, which is a
documentation-changes-only release (no one need feel compelled to rush
right out and upgrade, it's just docs changes). The files above are
generated against that release.

I don't own a Kindle or similar myself, so I don't know how nicely the
epub above renders, but folks have told me, while it's not perfect, it's
workable.
