I like the easy way paginate allows to produce a navigator.
Why not just add an additional keyword - say url - to the Page class
and alternatively the pager method?
That way we stay backward compatible (current behavior if url keyword
is missing).
As soon as the url argument is present the magic and the dependencies
disappear.
