Should webhelpers.utl.html_escape return a literal? Does it have any advantage over webhelpers.html.escape, or should it be deprecated?
Should webhelpers.util.iri_to_uri return a literal? Does UnicodeMultiDict have any advantage over paste.util.multidict.MultiDict?
