I've finished my Routes 2 spec.

It defines a minimum functional spec, and optional features that can
be added.  This is to guide the
implementation to make sure the core is robust.  It also allows us to
decide which features to support.

I didn't make a spec for "conditions" because Ben has some ideas for
this he hasn't told me.

I also didn't make a spec for RESTful services because that will
require further thought.  The current
syntax is bad, inflexible, and half-documented, but it's unclear what
would be better.
